They have a technique now where they don't break a geode or even saw it. They slice it with an extremely fine diamond wire, and then polish both sides. These fit together very closely with a very small loss of material. Inside they found an incredible field of diamond like drusy that sparkles light a starry night, and this incredible white and yellow drusy that equally shines. This is one of the most beautiful pieces that I have ever seen, and I really mean that. **Please Note** There are two pictures to view of this geode.
